At Tangled Ivy Designs, each item is custom-made to order to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for orders once they are placed. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will address any issues caused by errors on our part.


No Refunds on Custom Orders

Since all orders are made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Changes of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect selections of size, color, or customization details

Production Errors

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you receive an item that has:

  • A production error
  • Damage caused during manufacturing
  • Incorrect design or customization (not matching your order)

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.


Replacement or Refund Process

To request a replacement or refund due to a production error:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@tangledivydesigns.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide Photos: Include photos of the item showing the issue.
  3. Resolution: If we determine the issue is due to an error in production, we will either replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Shipping Costs

  • Replacement Items: We will cover shipping costs for replacements due to production errors.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable for any returns.
