Shipping

We use USPS Priority Mail for all standard shipments. Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and added at checkout.

Delivery Time: Estimated Shipping Time, 2-5 business days after your order is completed

Local Pickup

For customers in or near the Marysville, WA area, we offer local pickup at no additional charge.

How to Select Local Pickup: Choose the "Local Pickup" option during checkout.
Pickup Details: We will contact you via email or phone with pickup instructions and scheduling information.

Order Processing Time

Since some items are custom-made, orders typically require 5-7 business days to be completed before shipping or pickup.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. While we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, we will do our best to help resolve any issues with lost or delayed packages.
